patio with the look and feel of an interior living area while maintaining durability for
outdoor use. The structure features full masonry columns with natural stone veneer,
structural beams, and a finished wood ceiling with recessed lighting to give the space
a warm, custom-built appearance.
This outdoor living project was designed to transform the backyard into a
functional space for entertaining and relaxing. The design included installation of a
large circular stone patio with a built-in fire pit as the focal point, along with
multiple seating walls constructed with matching block and stone materials.
This home renovation focused on updating the interior layout and finishes to create a cleaner,
more open look while adding custom architectural details throughout the space. The project
included new hardwood flooring, upgraded trim work, and detailed wall paneling to give the

BATHROOM REMODEL PROJECT
Home expansion completed to open the kitchen and living area, including structural wall
removal, enlarged footprint, custom kitchen installation, and oversized glass doors leading to
the outdoor space. The addition features architectural ceiling details, hardwood flooring, and
an open-concept layout designed for better flow, natural light, and everyday living.
A major feature of this remodel is the one-piece natural stone backsplash, fabricated from granite and
installed as a full-height slab behind the cooktop. The continuous stone surface eliminates grout lines,
creating a clean, dramatic focal point while also providing long-term durability and easy maintenance.
The stone was carefully matched with the countertops to create a cohesive, high-end finish across the
entire kitchen.
The renovation included full removal of the existing cabinetry, countertops, and finishes to allow for a
completely redesigned layout with custom-built cabinets extending to the ceiling. The cabinetry was
finished in a deep custom color and constructed with furniture-grade materials, decorative paneling, and
precision trim work to create a seamless, architectural look. Integrated cabinet lighting was installed to
highlight the millwork and provide soft accent lighting across the workspace.

LUXURY KITCHEN REMODEL WITH DESIGNER FINISHES
The addition was constructed on a new reinforced concrete foundation engineered to match the elevation
and load requirements of the existing home. Exterior walls were framed using dimensional lumber and
structural headers to support the wide glass openings and flat roof design. Careful structural planning
allowed for the installation of large-span openings without compromising stability.
