In-Home Consultation
We place great importance on understanding your needs, desires, and expectations. Our complimentary in-home consultation allows us to gather comprehensive information to provide accurate cost projections and a scope of work.
During your consultation, our professional estimator will measure and sketch each room for precise floor and wall dimensions, discuss project details, and outline next steps

Pre-Construction
A unique step in our process, the Professional Services Agreement (PSA), will ensure that we have a detailed scope of work and accurate pricing to provide you with a formal estimate.

Final Estimate & Contract
Upon agreement of the estimate and selection of final materials, you will meet with our business development team to approve the final amounts or make changes as needed

Schedule & Material Procurement
Your project will be handed to our production team and you will then be assigned a project manager who will oversee your renovation, starting with confirming a kickoff date. You will also be added to our online job portal where you can monitor progress via daily logs, see site photos, and manage change orders.
